These belonged to my grandmother. Some are in excellent condition, but quite a few are very discoloured. Does anyone know how to clean them carefully to remove the discolouration? Or are they stuck this way?
    Any ideas are appreciated!
    Thanks

      Hi, nrogers721. :-)

The harsh truth is that there is no 100% safe way to remove stains like that.

Here are some things you can try:

      https://www.instructables.com/REMOVING-STAINS-AND-CRAZING-LINES-DISCOLORATION-FR/

      https://www.hunker.com/13423322/how-to-remove-stains-in-crazing-in-porcelain-dishes

      https://newengland.com/today/living/cleaning/clean-china-dishes/

      https://southernvintagetable.com/tag/cleaning-vintage-china/

You're at least fortunate in that you know the brand and pattern names.

Replacement pieces are available (athough, I don't know that I'd recommend getting them from Replacements dot com, because they're pretty expensive).

Sorry to be such a Debbie Downer.
