    Found in a barn in lower Michigan, this carriage has wooden wheels that are covered with a steel band/tread. The top has been redone in the orginal style and the velvet seat cover still has the orginal seat underneath.

      Beautiful baby stroller.

      I would agree, it is certainly late 19th century. The painting looks fantastic-- even the wheel spokes.

      Any maker markings on it?
