Inherited Old Vase or Floor Vase Roseville?

I inherited this vase from my Uncle's estate out of Philadelphia. I thought it might be Roseville but not sure. It has a marking on the bottom that looks like Quaker or Quacker. It's tall and heavy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Have an excellent day!
