I need a manual or info on this sewing machine. It's in way better condition than some singers I have had. Just need a manual or is it a singer clone and if so,what model.?

It sure looks like a Singer model 15 clone to me.
Here's a near twin (it lack the little fabric thickness/drop feed dog selector knob near the pillar that your has):

The tension disc assembly protruding from the face plate is a hallmark of a Singer model 15, or a clone thereof:

The stitch length adjustment being a lever instead of a knurled knob speaks to it being a clone of one of the later model 15 machines, rather than one of the earlier ones:

The Japanese started making model 15 clones in colors other than black early on.

I think I should have warned you not to rely on any information you see on the motor to tell you anything about the sewing machine head, because it looks like a replacement. Either the original motor went bad, or it was the wrong voltage, amperage, etc., for the commercial electricity provider of a previous owner.
