      Keramikos -- if you're meaning the middle one in pic2 -- notice how its blade is actually rather large (wide) in dimension compared to the others -- that one, with the handle shaped like that, is made for turning what would generally be considered *bigger* screws than a stubby driver would usually be used for, as the thicker handle really *does* allow one to get a much stronger grip on it despite its shortness. As such, that one is kinda a 'specialty tool'.
