This ram designed by Sotaro Saegusa is 4.75" long x 3.75" high x 1.5" wide and weighs 2 lbs 13 ounces. It bears a mark which I believe was used on works designed by Saegusa which were made after his death. It could possibly be a work done by members of his studio during his life. These brightly colored multiple colored okimono seem out of character for his earlier work. Still investigating this.
This ram came from a lot of four okimono all of which were damaged to some degree, this being the worst of the four. Still nice to have as I did not have one in this configuration. At nearly 3 lbs, it is a real chunk.
Thanks PhilDMorris, Kevin, jscott0363 and fortapache!

Glad you like it, Eileen! I will leave it "as is". I may try giving it a gentle wash too see if some of the damage is actually dirt. This one is quite heavy.
