Ming Dynasty Etched Brass Vase???

Got this in an auction lot I purchased. I did a image search of the marking on the bottom and it came up with ming dynasty as the results.... I'm hoping figure out if it is infact a ming dynasty piece, how old it is, the approximate value, really any information at all would be greatly appreciated.
Any searches I do online I am unable to find one similar it mostly comes up with vases with long necks on them, ones made of "bronze" and lots of bowls.

•Pretty confident it is made of Brass.
•There is a brass flower frog attached inside on the bottom.
• Has a dragon and what I believe to be a bird etched on it.

7" tall
6" wide at its fattest point
The top opening is 3"

The weight is exactly 49.000 ounces which I found kind of weird. (3.062 Lbs)
