Hs anyone ever seen this chip? It is different than the standard $1 casino chip from the Playboy in Atlantic City. It has a blue edge nd not white - also - the edge is not smooth - it has a slight design around it.
Very interesting - never seen one like this - what is it? Was it a promo or something??
