Thanks for Looking! Bill :^)
Yes, my #1 Mary, that's what I'm hoping, I've tried changing the brightness, tints, and contrasts, with no luck, but after a while I just try to see words and what they might be, then everything gets blurry! :^D Good Luck! Someone might know this Back Stamp Label and let us know too! Bill :^)
I Found it Mary The Closson Galleries Cincinnati:

Thanks, keramikos, I searched these links also, trying to find a Time Period, that this Back Label was used, but couldn't find the information! Bill :^)
Thank You all for the love that You gave, Brian, Tim, Kevin, Pascale, and my #1 Mary too! Bill :^)
billretirecoll, OK, you're trying to date the framing, and not necessarily the actual Godey's Unrivaled Colored Fashions prints, huh?
Somebody has a small gallery of Closson stamps/seals:

I actually suspect that top one is the newest. As Closson neared its centennial, they naturally were proud, and would have wanted to commemorate it.
Here's a relatively modern piece of art dated 1960 that has the "ESTABLISHED 1866" Closson stamp:

Here's another:

Here's a Closson sticker that's very similar, but doesn't have the 1866 text, and is affixed to a painting by an artist who died in 1936. It also has one similar to the elliptical brown and beige one:

Here's a Closson sticker that lists the address on a painting by an artist who died in 1950:

I think the one at the bottom at that label gallery (the same as in this post) is the classiest looking one, not only because it's gold, but it looks embossed, and rather like a wax seal, which was probably the idea.
I haven't nailed down a vintage on that one yet. Maybe the label gallery OP has a clue: bron at bronislaus dot com
As to the dates of the Godey's Unrivaled Colored Fashions prints themselves: FWIW, I couldn't find them in the online copies of the 1857 editions of Godey's Lady's Book at hathitrust dot org:

They may well be 1857 vintage; I just haven't found them yet.
