Welcome to CW. First off, we don't give values in this section. Secondly you can add up to 4 pictures.
You basically showed us a picture of a spoon with no information and said what are these worth? A picture of the stamps would be most helpful and gain better results. And remember..when you see prices online..you can ask whatever price you want, it's what the sold price is, that counts.

What dav2no1 wrote about prices seen online is exactly right. For that matter, the same rule applies to offline.
However, a simple Internet search with "24k gold plated spoons roses" as my criteria turned up this:

FYI, I even saw the pattern (GD-9?) at both Walmart and Amazon (from the Harold Import Company).
It looks like they might be Japanese, but to be sure, a good, clear picture of the back stamp on one of your spoons would help.
