      groot, Absolutely, keep them. :-)

That manual with the title "SINGER SEWING MACHINE NO. 15 OSCILLATING SHUTTLE FOR FAMILY USE" looks like perhaps the front cover and perhaps the back cover as well are missing (because the front and back covers are usually one continguous piece of heavy paper).

Anyway, most vintage Singer sewing machines weren't locked into installation in any single cabinet style. The model 15 in particular was available in a fairly wide range of different cabinets:

Like your cabinet, the one in the manual picture is a drop head cabinet. That meant that when one wasn't using the sewing machine, one could lower the sewing machine head into the body of the cabinet, swing the hinged top into place, put a vase of flowers on top, and voila: it would look like a nice piece of furniture.

About the only cabinets that were higher end than the one in the manual picture and yours were the Cabinet Tables No. 5 and No. 6 with embossing and 7 drawers, and the Drawing Room Cabinet No. 22 with embossing:

As to the manual for the ruffler, by all means keep it, because you have a ruffler attachment (it's that complicated-looking doohickey at the top of your picture of all the accessories and attachments laid out).

Here is a listing of Singer accessories and attachments by Simanco number:

      https://www.singersewinginfo.co.uk/simanco_accessories

It looks like your ruffler might be this one:

      *snip*

      Singer Simanco 86642
      Ruffler

Adjustable for 1, 6 or 12 stitch ruffling. Has an adjusting screw which regulates the fullness of the gather and an adjusting finger which sets the size of the plaits. For gathering the adjusting finger should be moved forwards towards the needle so that it is not in operation.

CW user Watchsearcher could tell you how to use this attachment, because she not only has a vintage Singer (a different model, but it came with a ruffler attachment), she uses hers:

I'm going to link your other post to this one, as they're related:
