Something brand new by Greenlight, it is the first foray into military vehicles. This one is a Korean War version of the M4 Sherman tank although it should probably have the HVSS suspension and be the Easy 8 version. But then again there were M4s with the 76mm gun and the old style suspension. Anyway they were all left over from WWII, the US stopped making the M4 before WWII ended. They had all they needed and were making the M26 Pershing instead. The US only used the long barreled 76mm gun in Korea.
It is subtle but one may have noticed the face painted on the front of the tank. Supposedly the North Koreans were afraid of the demonic faces but more likely they were afraid of the tanks which is reasonable. I think it is the best feature of this model.
Very cool scary face on this tank
That's one wicked looking tank!!
Thank you very much Newfld.
And thank you very much Scott.
