Another for my vintage soap collection. This is a rather old bar of 3.5 ounce bar of soap. This is the first product made by the T. M. Sayman Products Company in the late 1870s. Sayman was an old school snake oil salesman and he was quite successful. He had worked with PT Barnum at one point. He had a horse of his taxidermied and placed in a glass case. At one point he was find $1000 and he paid in $1 and $2 dollar bills.
Pretty sure it is over 100 years old. It was only $5.
This is really great!! Today, vegetable soaps tend to be quite expensive and luxurious.
The packaging is in great condition for its age
