One must have been very successful in getting such an item. After so many years I got the opportunity to acquire this beautiful Micro Mosaic perfume/salt chatelane bottle.
It is enamelled with flowers in different colors. On the front is a plaque depicting a little lady brandishing a flower on a black Onyx background. . On the top a small round plaque in blue (glass?) with a bird on a flower depicted in Micro Mosaic.
The bottle is gold gilded and in very good condition. The inside also looks good. It is intended as a chatelaine pendant. Can of course also be worn as a pendant on a chain. But it is quite heavy, 74 grams.
Length 8 width 5 cm..

I love it and agree it would be perfect worn as a pendant.
Incidentally, I have a tiny bottle such as this, but very plain and inexpensive in comparison to your fabulous one. I call mine a “poison pot” and, so, suspended it from a choker length of “bile-green” beads, which seemed appropriate for mine.

Got posted but something get wrong , this is Napoleon 3 style intertwined with Grand Tour probably aftter the real-politik 1870- 1871 century , can,t be before 1848 probably, good stuff , you got the tourist pieces for the italian market ( Pantheon , Collosseum, ST Pietetssquare etc but this is well
nice finish on top ( au dessus flat), nice combination tonalility,
not so fond of single line observe , very well done congrats
