I got this amber bottle in a miscellaneous box of bottles at a yard sale and I'm stumped as to what it was used for. The metal seal at the top of the neck is peaking my interest as to what it is. Does anyone know any information about this bottle?
    Thank you!

Any markings on the bottom and what does the top look like?

I'd also be curious what the top looks like -- whether it might look like a solid plastic thing crimped on (that'd suggest the contents were meant to be removed by poking a syringe needle thru it) or if there's a preexisting larger hole (or anything) that'd indicate it maybe had a narrow stopper of some sort perhaps like a perfume bottle...??
