Oil painting

This oil painting is on a 14" x 18" board. It is not signed. I suspected that there was some sort of information on the back, under the very nicely done dust cover, but the Grumbacher artist board was blank.

I think I recognize it as the work of a local artist who was active about 2000-2015, but I could be wrong. It is quite well done but my images are not great. I cannot remember the name of the artist that I think did it.... There is a lot of very fine brush work on this painting, which I had to shoot in natural light to capture. Not the work of an amateur. Odd that it is not signed and is an unremarkable scene... Not bad for$1.99..

It may have been a practice exercise by the artist that was later determined frame-worthy...
