    The action figure on the right was in a lot of GI Joes I found at an estate sale. Is he a particular foreign version? I thought he might be the Australian but I think those guys were blond. I have included a close up photo of his markings. Thanks!

      It is a Soldiers of the World figure but it could be either a German, French, British, Australian or Russian. The hair colors were random with these figures. These were made in 1966 I believe.
