    Cast Iron Roadrunner Silhouette

    Approximately 8"x 4"

Almost passed it up, but couldn't leave it. A quick search didn't reveal anything similar. Has a base with one hole in it. The cut out is crude but easily recognizable. Reminds me of a child's drawing.

    Californian earth-cuckoo
The chaparral cock aka roadrunner is a long-legged bird in the cuckoo family. They live 7 to 8 years and run a max speed of 26 mph.

This type of art of all sorts, animals of any kind, people and just about anything, are created around these parts like crazy! In fact, it would almost be strange to Not see something in their yard and or businesses, especially old rusted trucks! I mean old ones!

And no, I didn't pick up those awesome chairs. I'll be moving again soon so I need to downsize now. I've lost so much along the way already, I just couldn't pick them up knowing I'd have to leave them. If when I get to where I'm going, I'll call them about getting them then! Xoxo

The best thing about collecting is, there's always the next find...and with luck it'll be better than your last find.
