      Welcome to cw. Can you provide us a picture of the whole plate. You can have up to 4 pictures. Also the backstamp picture is super blurry and unreadable.

      My guess is Meito China produced by Nogoya Seito Sho Ltd which was founded by Kotero Asukai, a former Nortike employee.
      But what do I know.

      the word meito is out which means something like awesome sword i believe , imo we have to split here, the meito spread is different i think , is from late interbellum on

      this is something of an so called GCM 9 or 10 maybe, someting of cherryblossom , i have to guess, but something like early
      i have, not put any effort in this , because i am pretty fly , but i am f,,,,,, lazy guy
