Super cute
Hi, Lukkyyy. :-)
CW user Manikin is the local doll expert, but I'll throw you a few tidbits while you're waiting.
Raggedy Ann originally had neither blue nor red hair, but rather brown:

Gruelle's original design patent for Raggedy Ann:
https://patents.google.com/patent/USD47789
Gruelle's original patent for Raggedy Andy was pretty primitive:
https://patents.google.com/patent/USD56149
Later, a more familiar-looking Raggedy Andy was patented by somebody else:
https://patents.google.com/patent/USD96382
The big paper pattern makers like McCalls, Simplicity, etc., sold patterns for making the dolls, e.g.:

However, there's nothing stopping the end consumer from making Raggedy Ann & Andy with any color of hair and clothes they desire.

These are all homemade, from patterns by a creative person that liked bright colors and made them her own way. Cute
Yes, definitely homemade. I have two Raggedy Ann and Andy homemade brooches - really lovely, and actually complete miniature rag dolls apart from the pins at the back. Ann and Andy are so well-known they will inspire artists for variations.
Manikin, arctophilegirl, Thank you for chiming in. :-)
I myself have a Raggedy Ann doll tucked away somewhere that has a camouflage print dress. It was a gift. };-)
