This is believed to be later Franz Welz about 8" tall. The vase shows lines from above while the decor looks more like red worms in a tornado; This decor is usually found with yellow worms not red. The shape is interesting to me because it reminds me of a trumpet form

This appears to be a variant of the blue and yellow iridescent swirl decor from Welz. First one I have seen with the red instead of the yellow.
Unique shape but I believe there was a fan vase with yellow and blue that had a splash of red on the foot- so when I saw it it reminded me of that detail
