The paint scheme of the Sox and Marin cars are unmistakable even if it isn't quite right like this. It should have blue and white instead of black and silver but close enough. Otherwise this is an excellent model. Johnny Lighting was doing their cars in colors other than the standard. At least I got the blue version of the Blue Max.
Anyway Sox and Martin dominated Pro Stock in drag racing in the 70s. Them and Grumpy Jenkins although I have not seen one of Grumpy's cars. Sox and Martin always ran Chrysler products like this with famed Hemi engine. It even says Hemi right on the hood.
