Platen Printing Press

I recently bought this small 3x5 inch platen printing press. I'm trying to find out who the manufacture and year it was made. The press has no name or serial number to see of. The press came with the "chase" and type as seen. When I bought it I did a complete take a part and wire wheeled the old paint and surface rust. Sprayed with a good quality gray paint on painted parts. The non painted parts were clear coated. However, I decided to get the non painted parts re-nickel plated.
