Looking for anyone to tell me about this pocketwatch. I know it wasn't my father's but could have been passed down to him. You'll be able to see there is nothing on the back. Anything special about it?

Welcome to CW. You watch has some interesting stylized numbers. Your best bet is, to have someone open the watch case. Inside there should be all the information to date your watch.

Thank you so much for the information. I deal with a very reputable jeweler who's been in business for 60+years. I'll take it to him to see if he can help me out. The website you sent is most interesting.
Youre welcome. Here's my 1950s Omega watch. You can see when you open these watches up, thar there is all sorts of information inside.
