Hello everyone!!
I just added this large cast iron Staffordshire Terrier to my collection. He's the 4th of it's kind that I now own. I just love the stance of this fellow. These are so hard to come by and when I do eventually find one, the owners are asking a small fortune for them. I managed to get this one for a very decent price and was thrilled to add him to my collection. As with the others I own, this one also is a two piece design assembled with two bolts. I've yet to determine who the foundry was that cast this one, but they did a nice job. This one is from the early 1970's (more retro than vintage). He'll join my other three Staffordshire Terriers outside on my back patio. Like the others I own, this one measures 15 1/2" long, 10 1/2" tall and weighs in at 18lbs.

I love his bigger feet, you got a real prize when you got this treasure. I thought at first it was a smaller one which I love just as much. Quite the amazing prize, congrats on finding this beaute !~
