The PayaHermanos company dates back to 1902 when tinsmith Rafael Paya begin making toys. His sons Emilio, Pascual and Vincente expanded the business into the company called Hermaños Paya (hermaños means brothers in Spanish). This name is represented by the trademark monogram PH used since 1906. By the 1920s-30s, Paya's mechanical toys were competing with the more traditional established toy companies of Germany and France.

What a wonderful car! Is this “true to life” with the chauffeur exposed to the elements?

Thank you Watchsearcher, yes, i believe this model is inspired on a Lancia Limousine, here is a link with a photo of the actual vehicle https://i0.wp.com/www.curbsideclassic.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/51940888493_159623147f_k.jpg?ssl=1
