What year was these made. Any info is much appreciated. This was my grandfather's watch and I know absolutely nothing about it.

What year was these made. Any info is much appreciated. This was my grandfather's watch and I know absolutely nothing about it.

Made by Ingersoll. If you remove the back cover there is a serial number on the movement and it can be dated by the serial number.

I made my comment above by looking at the box which is for an eclipse by Ingersoll, but I think the watch is made by New Haven & is in an incorrect box. The photo you posted is a little fuzzy. I think it says New Haven on the dial. If you can remove the back cover and take a clear focused picture of the movement, we can help you identify your watch.
It is an inexpensive watch known as a dollar watch.
I looked again. Found 3 U.S. Patent numbers. Looked up all 3. First 2 said Ingersoll, estimated Production year: 1900-1905. The last one said Ingersoll, estimated Production year: 1893-1894.
Anyone if what i found helps please tell me more about this.
Can you take the back cover off and post (you can put up to 4 photos above) a clear photo of the movement.
Also, what does it say between the center of hands & the 12 on the dial?
In between the hands and 12 it says Good Morning. And i dont know how to add photos
By the way. When i looked up patent numbers. The 3 patents in the circle ended up being for 3 different parts of the watch. The patent numbers were u.s.1563431,1709146,1848520
Im not sure on info i found as dates ranged, and different names came to be said inventor. Look up the numbers and tell me please
The watch also keeps accurate time. If i hadn't mentioned that yet.
All the patents were assigned to the Western Clock Company organized in 1930 and in 1936 was reorganized as Westclox.
Your watch is a Westclox with a movement that was introduced around 1959. In your last photo, there appears to be 2 numbers stamped between the 2 screws that I can’t make out, maybe 68. This would represent the year of manufacture (1968) if 68. Whatever the 2 numbers are, that would be the manufacture date, 19- -.
There were many names Westclox put on their dials and Good Morning was one of them.
By the patent numbers in between the screws number is 64. Then down by the circle moving in between the screws there is number 4 either a o or O then 38 other than that around the circle movement at bottom right its got a F bunch little lines and S at the end of lines. Should i try unscrewing the screws and see if i can find anything else printed inside the watch or leave alone... Im trying to find out if this has any value, since its supposed to be my 21 yr olds from my grandfather, but he may sell it if worth anything. He dont care if it was grandpa's if he could get money from it
Manufacture would be 1964.
These were inexpensive watches that sold for $1.00 when new.
Your watch seems to be missing a bow (ring) at the winding stem.
The box does not go with the watch. Ingersoll is a different company.
There is more value in a family connection & should be treasured.
Monetary value is very low.
