    SMITH & WESSON EARLY MODEL HANDCUFFS no idea about year or model. Number on backside in case it can't be read is 269487. Would truly appreciate any information.

      S&W Model 90
      S&W started their own line of handcuffs in 1952. In 1958 they started advertising their handcuffs as the Model 90 although they never stamped the model on the cuffs. They made this model until 1979. Yours are a later version of the model 90.
