The person I purchased this from attributed it to Fratelli Toso and I have seen on google where a similar pattern on the inside on this piece was used on the outside of another bowl also attributed to FT so I will go with it.
It was for sale on the local Internet sales website in NZ from a vendor that sells a lot of Murano and Bohemian glass and people pay good money for them. This one I really liked as it is a bit different from the usual bright colours and the pattern on the inside is fantastic. Funny thing was practically no one else thought so and the most expensive part of the purchase was freight.
155 x 155 x 50mm and like most of these a very solid piece.
Further looking has shown this is most likely Barbini!!
Great color! Not seen it on a Murano piece before, but I am not that versed in collecting it.
Gorgeous bowl and I love the motion in the controled bubles and with the enticing colour it is a gem !~
x insert (heiermans)
well it is not so difficult to get the Barovier and Toso out of the equation
The point is to get the total 60 junk genuine venetation glass out made in murano italy out of the equation
IMO as far as i can see did not make bullicantes relievo frontales ( = controlled bubbles rising from the surface)
there aren,t manifactories who made relievo frontales bullicantes
the quality is dependabel on the side splashing near the bullicantes, looks very good actually ( absense)
the quality is also dependabel on the congruency of the labia , looks rather well
actually i see only pro and no cons, and i wonder why it bounced ( was refused)
the20 century glass dude is the expert, but i got no doubts i would have bought this in a slit second, very nice well done
correction there aren,t many factories
Thanks everyone nice to know other glass aficionados can see beauty in this :)
Apostata's mention of 20th Century Glass Dude had me looking at his website again where I found the below!

So technically it is VAB murano, and it is educational because people always say it is an ashtray , and i always stated it is a biomorfo with simular stuff,
strange he dated it also also as 60 ties , which is not so likely, IMO it is late 50 ties, this type of macchia d,oro
i am happy for you
Well at least i am an happy camper , but did,not recognize VAB , but got the quality right
Nice vintage cigar ashtray.
