I have always admired any glass paperweight. I became even more fascinated when, a lady who worked with glass, told me that a glass blower from Roman times could walk into her workshop and create a piece of glass because the tools used hadn’t changed for centuries. This may not be true, but I was ‘hooked’ and have pursued my collection without developing any real knowledge about each one. It’s nice to find a mark or signature because it adds to my fascination about who made it, where and why, what sort of household did it live in? More importantly, beautiful glass, and, indeed, china and porcelain make me smile !
So this is my favourite (I’m fickle and that’s subject to change!) I love the colours and uniformity in an un unified kind of way.
Beautiful paperweights! My sister and I just picked up a small lot of paperweights for our etsy store. Wish I could keep them all, but I can't. Plus I have a few in my collection.
Here's a couple of mine..

Thanks dav2no1 for the comment. I love the ones you’ve sent for me to peruse, I’ll hit the button in a minute.
I love all of mine but manage to let go of a few from time to time, usually when the husband’s blood pressure rises because there’s no more room on our display shelves!
Thanks to BHIFOS for the love
These are two that I almost kept..oh they're so cool! I may have to tell my sister that I want to keep one or the other..never seen one like these ...

Oh wow! How stunning they’re amazing. What an acquisition. I’d find it hard to part with stormy seas for sure.
Dav2no1 , fortapache, Newfld and searching1 for the loves..
Sometimes a piece that garners the most attention by others, can create the owners favourite piece also.
Thanks for the comment PhilDMorris . I could see that interest in a piece could cause me to review my opinion of that piece but I love this one. The colours and the uniformity appeal to me greatly.
Many thanks also to searching1, ho2cultcha, PhilDMorris ,kwqd, Deano and Leelani for the love, much appreciated .
Many thanks to whenisraelbelieves for the love.
