Bohemian Art Nouveau iridiscent glass vase with spiral wave type decor

This is one of two stunning vases that I won on eBay AU last week. I still can't quite believe that I was the only bidder on this, as I thought it would attract a lot of attention. Lucky for me, it didn't!
The vase measures 20 cm tall, 2.8 cm across the top rim, & 7.5 cm across the base. It is made from opaque white glass with a layer of very fine spiral wave type decoration in green & dark red. There is an iridescent finish which lends the piece a subtle mother of pearl quality.
It has moulded ribbing which nicely complements the simple form & decor.
No pontil mark on the base.
I have not seen anything quite like this. It has to be Bohemian but aside from that, I'm uncertain of the maker.
