Iposted one similiar to this back in early December and keramikos did a much better job of describing it than I. This one is similar but I can't read the name on it due to the corrosion. But you must give it a break as it escaped recycling through two world wars.
I shall post the link to the last one such that we can see the comments from keramikos which will shed much light on this.
