This basket is 2.75" high x 4.25" high, minus the handle. It is signed on the bottom "L...... K......", I think. It, and another very Japanese inspired piece, were sitting within inches of each other at a thrift shop today. The other piece is clearly signed "Kranz" and I think this may be by the same artist. I think this is American art pottery.
