Very nice chair. Your pictures are blurry, but it looks to be labeled The Marble and Shattuck Chair Company.

The Marble and Shattuck Chair Company was founded in 1885 and in 1894 changed names to B.L. Marble Company. So this has to before 1894.

How do i know this? Here's my chair...

Lol dav2n01, how do you know this stuff? You are one of our most knowledgeable here in CW, about everything!

Racer4..Thank you..unfortunately I don't collect one thing, I collect everything. And every piece for me is an opportunity to learn the stories and history of items. As far as glass items, my sister is the glass guru and most of that stuff I learned from her. We buy and sell a lot of vintage glass for our etsy store

This is a nice example of a Windsor chair and I used to have one which was on loan to me for a couple years from a friend. Its more of a Victorian Windsor !~
