Another find from a thrift store. This large piece of pale blue turquoise resembles the shape of a water drop, or a chili pepper if you turn upside (which I like more). The stone measures 37mm or 1.46” in length, it’s a nice size stone. The item is not marked, frankly it’s a strange piece. The hole for the chain is in such an odd a spot to wear as a pendant, it wasn’t a ring or belt buckle.
The type of turquoise is another mystery. I want to say Dry Creek for the lack of color, but it’s solid in color like Sleeping Beauty with no matrix’s or other inclusions. Any info would be appreciated!
I would say dry creek also its beautiful!!!!
