    This is a building that was built in 1888. It was extensively rebuilt recently and brought up to Earthquake code. Guess it did pretty good to make it this far. My room is the second balcony from the left. I am posting this from the rooftop bar. Time for another drink.

      I used to live there! Do not remember this building, though. Vegetarian for over 20 years, but the best McDonalds ever was there, then. Everything made fresh to order.
