I'm trying to figure out its origin—like, where was it made, by what company (”Supremacy” turns up nothing)—and potentially, value. We wanted to incorporate it in our home, but the bylaws here make it difficult. If any of you can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Might try to see if Peoria illinois has a historical society. They may have catalogs or may be able to point you in the right direction.
