This is a very rare solid glass cobalt elephant by Tiara. It was not a sale item, but rather a host gift for parties where Tiara glass were sold. It is not one of the hollow candy dishes, which were also by Tiara. This elephant is quite heavy, around 2-3 lbs.
Any additional info is appreciated, as I can only find one reference in one Tiara catalog. I have not seen another like it.
[edit: This was a Fenton mold, and it is 6"]
[edit#2: Tiara Topics c1991 cites this as Fostoria, and as a recruitment item. Thank you @Tallcakes!]

Thank you @Tallcakes the Tiara Topics link you posted cites it as a Fostoria. My mistake.

I notice that, but if you look at the product info pages on that website it is listed as Fenton mold but doesn't mention maker; many companies made the glass for Tiara, including Fenton and Fostoria. Tho' the bulk of Tiara glass was made by Indiana Glass.

it may be that the product info page is in error mentioning Fenton. Looking further it does appear that this may be the Fostoria bookend elephant...
