I found this cross cut saw many years ago and purchased it on the spot.
3 Circles with rhinestones ( at least that is what I assume they are ) adorn the handle.
The blade has gold tip and there is residue of a gold tint hue on other parts of the blade. It definitely looks like it was used and not just a show piece.
I have not seen another like this
Anyone know any information on such a thing.??
Bejewelled.... I like that word.....similar to festooned.....
A very nice saw
I can't say I ever saw one of these before.
Pretty decorative handsaw, perhaps once owned by a lady carpenter
I was prowling around the internet and found this:
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vintage-1937-musical-saw-mussehl-220163540
This may not be a "TOOL"
Possibly an instrument for playing music
1937 MUSSEHL & WESTPHAL Musical Saw is what this may be....
Anyone know about this???
Thank You
Another internet find "SAW Lady"

Wow, that's quite the strange results. Never thought about it being a musical instrument. The Worthpoint post was very informational..lol

I tried to play it. I need to practice. It has a funky
"HAWAIIAN" sound. Like I heard on One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest ( movie with JACK ) the other day. Kick Out The Jams
