    Vintage Nevr-Dull 2 1/2 oz Can

V33 recently posted his Nevr-Dull Can. His example has a 1941 date on it. I had to go in the workshop and find my can. My can has a symbol and 30 to the right of where his date is stamped.

**UPDATE - Appears the triple C logo is of the Continental Can Company and was first used(according to patents) 11-45 **

I think I’ve seen that triple C before
it might be “continental can company”

As a Submarine Sailor, Nevr-dull was vital to having shiny brass. But it's use was carefully controlled and could not be used when the submarine was submerged due to the smell and the closed environment.

Always loved this product, but yes the smell is it's only draw back as Deano said.

Amazingly the can is still good and I've recently used the contents on a few things. And yes I agree it does have a distinct odor.

V33 - good memory..I seem to remember that now that you mentioned it. I'll look into that information and see what I can (pun intended) find'

Special thanks to V33 for pointing out the logo.
