This bowl is 8" in diameter x 2.75" high, signed "Dorothy Beach" on the bottom. Interesting glaze. I think a combination of iron oxide and other components that I do not recognize which create a metallic sheen that I cannot capture in my images.
Dorothy Beach is the owner of Dot's Pots of Moline, IL. She is active on FaceBook. In addition to complex pottery like this, she also makes a variety of funny pottery. It is worth looking at her FB page as much of it is a hoot. This is the second piece of her pottery that I have found in the wild.

This is the last of my $5.23 thrift shop haul which included studio art glass by K. Hartman and a largish resin eagle by "Hall".
