1950s Memorabilia

I found a box of interesting memorabilia from 1958-9 at the thrift store the other day. There's a lot of United Airlines stuff plus some other unusual things like these two pins from the Empire State Bldg. And this wooden token from the Fortuna Rodeo here in California. There is also a letter to the owner from his mom when he was a kid. I know the address in NYC - Gramercy Park and she spoke of all the hired help and their roles. He lived in Oakland, but spent a lot of time in NYC and he travelled around the world when he was very young. I'll post a few different things i found in the box. Not sure what category to put these in.
