    I don't think i've ever seen one of these before. To be placed on seats which cannot be used due to proper weight distribution. Kind of interesting.

      I have not seen any of these either.....is this an idea that was not implemented?

      i'm not sure, but it's made of heavy, laminated card stock and appears to have had some use.
