Probably from a dual purpose mould. Bowl or basket according to what was added later, handle or feet! Popular décor anyway.

Lovely! Very cute & charming, & this is a favourite decor of mine...works well on all kinds of shapes!

Hello Marin, and I'd agree mostly. However, this morning doing the photos, the stripes looked for all the world like those on my school uniform shirt!

Ha! I went through a long phase of hating blue as that was all my school uniforms from start to finish...I did eventually get over it & wear a lot of blue now.
Funnily enough I once worked at a school where the kids wore pink striped shirts (teamed with dark green). I like pink & green together on glass but it sure made for an ugly uniform!

I'm not a girly girl but these super pretty pieces get me in the girl feels.

Manikin, pink is a nice change from the dark colours favoured in Victorian Britain and used by Welz on the production destined for Great Britain as the country was called back then.

racer4four, I wouldn't call myself a girly girl either but I'm not as anti pink as I used to be. Better on vases than on me though!
