This is my latest restoration. It is a 1938 RCA chairside, model 97E. It had some water damage on the lower part of each end ,
so I added a band stripe of black veneer as a transition strip and redid the cabinet.
I did the chassis last winter, and since it warmed up I have a chance to get to the cabinet.
Everything was there , so it was easier than some radios.
It plays very good and all the push buttons work quite well
Everything turned out good, except I need to find a new escutcheon and plastic dial cover
NICE

Cool radio !
