    It surprised me as this is unusual in that the clear base is a mint green uranium glass. From research so far I think it is possibly by the Josephinenhutte factory from round about 1930-40. Height is 10cm., top diameter 15cm.

      Thanks PhilDMorris and BHIFOS, amazingly I found it locally on someones driveway under a table of other "FREE" items. I couldn't believe it when I got it home and checked it under UV. It's possible it was designed by Alexander Pfohl for Josephinenhutte.
