I don’t really have any information on this cameo and I’m looking to see if anyone would know anything about it. I believe the face may be made of coral.

The cameo is all one piece of stone, it's just that the layer used to carve the warrior has a color similar to coral.

This is a relatively new piece, mid-20th century onward, so carver may not have been familiar with the classical themes on which earlier cameos are based. Therefore it may not be possible to identify the figure as any particular character, but traditionally they were heroes from the Trojan War, mainly from the Greek side. This fellow is wearing a 'satyr faced' helmet, more often seen on the Goddess Athena.
