    Local Car Shows

Last week was the first week of car show season. I promised to show some pictures. After seeing some posts from other collectors, here's my pictures from a few local shows and a cruise-in last weekend. I'm a super moderator for C10trucks.com so I take a lot of pictures of cool stuff to post.

You guys are pretty sharp, so you can figure out what's what.

What great cars ! My sister and I went to our first local show here in Ohio last Sunday. The Amherst Sandstone Village Historical Society hosts their show in the historical village green similar to Greenfield Village in Dearborn Michigan. I'll have to shake loose and post a few pics from sis ..she took them I was to busy looking. :)

Thanks for the comments. The area I live in(western Washington state), has an unusually large community of hot rods, drag racers, classics and other car enthusiasts. It helps that we're not too far from the drag strip. The local community is very supportive too, hosting cruise-ins and cruise the loop nights.

I especially like those 1st two trucks and the sea foam green Mercury in the last pic.

Thanks Fort..I liked the COE and other truck too..thought it'd make a nice intro picture.
And the Mercury is pretty unique. Plus 5 years+ of helping with the 68 Mercury Cougar XR7 drag car, I have a soft spot for the Mercs!
