Safari Ltd. Uintatherium Prehistoric Mammal Figure

Uintatherium was rhinoceros sized mammal from the Eocen Epoch. Which would be around 48 million years ago which puts it about 20 million years from the time of dinosaurs. The figure here is a male as it has the 6 distinctive lumps on its head. Probably from bringing the wrong thing home from the grocery store. It also has some fair sized tusks These were the largest land mammals at the time. Seems mammals from this time period don't get much press. The ice age mammals seem to get all the attention.
For those keeping score at home the figure is 5 ¾ inches long by 2 ¾ inches tall. It is well sculpted and relatively inexpensive.
