My mother remembers this lamp in her grandmother’s home in the 1950’s. There are no markings on it.

Beautiful
Has a very nice Czech spatter glass shade in an utimate star shape on this beautiful art deco base, its a beaute !~
I also see the shape of the glass lampshade in lamps made by Walther & Sohne. She made these lampshades in 1 color in cloud glass. See for example their type "rotterdam"

I come across the lampshade you have on the internet a few times and then it is assumed that it was made in the Czech Republic / Bohemia.
